Job Description:

1.Assist sales to deal with customer demand for products and technical communication.

2.Familiar with servo control, debugging, programming and maintenance. Familiar with controllers, servo drives and servo motors and other industrial control products.

3. Customer site debugging, to assist in solving customer problems encountered in the process of use.

4. For equipment quality problems, cross-departmental communication and coordination to jointly investigate the causes of failure and timely improvement.

5.Learning to absorb the company's products in various industries application characteristics, and feedback to the R & D department, write application cases and debugging reports.

6.Responsible for handling customer complaints, leading meetings with customers and 8D report.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering and automation, mechatronics and other related majors.

2. be honest and trustworthy, have affinity, strong language ability and hands-on ability.

3. be able to accept business trip.
