Designed for Ultra-Thin Glasses(UTG), our laser processing system is equipped with laser head for glass shaping , vacuum gripper for glass positioning and loading, and CCD for visual inspection. In order to ensure the precision of laser processing, our equipment utilizes a sub-micron motion platform to maintain its motion stability. Thanks to high power laser, we are able to generate massive laser energy immediately in the area where need to be processed, vaporizing the extra glass material and turn it into the ideal shape for next process.
